We hope you love your item(s), but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you have 14 days from delivery to return the goods back to us.

There are unfortunately some restrictions / requirements which we've listed below.

How do I return a product?

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Custom Made Items

Custom / Made-to-Order items are unfortunately excluded from any returns/refunds. If there is an issue, please get in touch and we'll try to help as best as possible.

Bulk Purchases

If you've bought in bulk or trade from us, returns are discretionary. We do not offer a Sale or Return model so please be aware before making large quantity purchases.

Reasons for Returns

Change of Mind

If you've changed your mind and wish to return an item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

You will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse, and so please use a service that insures you if the item becomes damaged or lost as we can't refund you in these circumstances.

Returned items must be received into our warehouse within 14 days of delivery, and in resalable condition. All returns must be in unused, perfect condition and in original manufacturer packaging, items must not have been partly or fully assembled.

Damaged / Faulty Items

Although we and our vendors do our best to check all items before they are dispatched, occasionally a product may be found to have a fault, or damage from transit preventing it from being used as advertised.

It’s essential that you check your order thoroughly for any damage, faults or missing parts as soon as it arrives. If you find something wrong, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email, with a detailed description of the fault and provide clear images that show the issue.

Please keep the item safe and in its original packaging while we arrange for collection or repair (if applicable).
