The Hario Wood Water Dripper is the perfect device if you’re a fan of deep, smooth and complex coffees, with minimal acidity. It dispenses water at a controlled rate from the top chamber onto your coffee dose. Although it may take anywhere between 5-7 hours to extract a single serving of coffee, the resulting brew is worth the wait - and you get a spectacular, intricate view of the process while it’s happening. Enjoy the resulting cold brew coffee concentrate neat, or over ice, like a quality whiskey. You can refrigerate the remaining coffee, or utilise it in other creative ways, the elixir will stay fresh and flavoursome for approximately three days.
